1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MIRADOR website, APIs and related services (the "Service"), operated by MIRADOR ("MIRADOR", "we", "us"). By accessing the Service, connecting a wallet or placing a call, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
MIRADOR is an information and entertainment product. It visualizes public Solana token launches, publishes automated analyses ("Eye thoughts") generated by software, and hosts a reputation game (the "Arena") in which users and automated agents make public predictions that are scored against third-party price data. MIRADOR is not an exchange, broker, dealer, wallet, custodian, investment adviser or fiduciary, and does not execute trades.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract.
- You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions administered by the United Nations, the United States (OFAC), the European Union or the United Kingdom, or are on any related restricted-party list.
- You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including tax laws.
4. Wallets & no custody
You access the Service by connecting a self-custodied Solana wallet and signing a plain-text message. Signing proves ownership of the address; it is not a transaction and grants us no permissions. MIRADOR never takes custody of your digital assets and never has access to your private keys. You are solely responsible for your wallet's security. Transactions you make on third-party platforms (for example pump.fun or a DEX) are between you and those platforms and are irreversible.
5. No financial advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. Eye verdicts (APE, WATCH, FADE, RUG), conviction scores, theses, consensus figures, leaderboards and user calls are automated or user-generated opinions provided for information and entertainment only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, biased or manipulated by the projects they describe. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision. You alone are responsible for your trades.
6. Points are not money
Arena points, streaks, ranks and tiers are reputation indicators with no monetary value. They are not currency, securities, tokens or property; they cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed for anything; and we may adjust, recalculate, reset or remove them at any time, for example to correct scoring errors, bad price data or abuse. Any rewards program funded by protocol fees is discretionary, governed by its own published rules, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Participation is free and requires no purchase.
7. $MIRA token
$MIRA is a community and utility token used to determine access tiers within the Service. It is not an investment contract, security, share, debt or claim on any entity, and carries no right to profits, revenue, dividends or governance unless expressly stated. No one is promised any value, return or liquidity. Buybacks and burns, where they occur, are discretionary operational activities and are not a commitment to support any price. Only the contract address displayed on the $MIRA page is official; we are not responsible for impersonating tokens.
8. Your content
You are responsible for your handle and any note you attach to a call ("User Content"). User Content is public. You grant MIRADOR a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, reproduce and distribute it in connection with the Service, including through our public API. Calls are immutable once placed. We may remove User Content or handles that violate these Terms or that we consider offensive, misleading or infringing.
9. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, wash trading, fraud or any unlawful purpose;
- impersonate any person, project or MIRADOR itself, or choose a handle that is deceptive or infringes another's rights;
- create multiple wallets or use automation to evade tier limits, farm points or distort the leaderboard;
- probe, scan or test vulnerabilities, bypass rate limits or authentication, or interfere with the Service's operation;
- scrape the Service at a volume that degrades it, or resell its data without permission;
- upload malware or attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
- use the Service if you are a sanctioned person or in a prohibited jurisdiction.
10. Third-party data & services
The Service displays data from third parties including PumpPortal, pump.fun, DexScreener, Helius, Google Gemini and the Solana blockchain, and embeds third-party content such as DexScreener charts. We do not control and are not responsible for that data or those services, their accuracy or availability. Scoring relies on third-party prices at the time of evaluation; if a price is unavailable or clearly erroneous, a call may be scored later, voided or corrected at our discretion.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, the MIRADOR name and mark, and Eye personas, is owned by MIRADOR or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms. Public API data may be used with attribution to MIRADOR. Token names, logos and metadata belong to their respective owners.
12. Assumption of risk
You acknowledge that:
- digital assets, and memecoins in particular, are highly volatile and speculative; most lose all value;
- tokens displayed on the Service may be scams, rugs or honeypots, and appearing on MIRADOR is not an endorsement;
- blockchain networks can fail, congest or fork, and transactions are irreversible;
- regulatory treatment of digital assets is uncertain and may change adversely.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY ANALYSIS, VERDICT, PRICE OR SCORE IS CORRECT.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIRADOR AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS, AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, DIGITAL ASSETS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, ANY TRADING DECISION, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY DATA OR SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIRADOR and its contributors from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content or your breach of these Terms or any law.
16. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, reset or remove points, or void calls at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5-7 and 12-17) survive.
17. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at legal@mirador.watch and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually, not as a class or representative action.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site and the effective date above updated. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
19. Miscellaneous
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and MIRADOR regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale.
